Welcome to The Archaic House near ArtoonsInn. The Archaic House and its affiliates provide their proofreading and editing services along with cover designing and book promotion services to you subject to the following conditions.

If you visit or purchase services or products from The Archaic House, you accept to all The Archaic House terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future service or product from The Archaic House, or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with The Archaic House, whether or not it is included in the thearchaichouse.com website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. Note that this contains provisions that may limit your rights, such as under the section entitled “Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability”.

General terms

1. These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) apply to this The Archaic House website. By using this website you agree to be bound by the Terms which form a binding contract between you and The Archaic House, a company registered in India, without prejudice to any rights you or The Archaic House may otherwise have at law. If you do not agree with any terms contained herein, we recommend you immediately cease using the website.
2. As per service that you sign up for from this website, additional terms and conditions may be applicable, which will be made available for you to read at the time of registration.
3. Unless otherwise indicated, this website and its contents are the property of The Archaic House. The copyright in the material contained on this website belongs to The Archaic House or its licensors, including but not limited to ArtoonsInn.com.
5. You confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
6. All content contained on or accessed from this site is owned by The Arcahic House or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Submissions to determine compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any operating rules we establish and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. We shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to accept, or decline any Submission.
8. The Archaic House reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms as it sees fit, without notice. You agree to be bound by such amendments from the time at which they are displayed on the website.
9. We are not liable or responsible for the third party content on the Site. Where the Site and/or applications contain links to other sites and resources, which are provided by third parties, these links and resources are provided for your information only and you access them at your own risk.
10. The Archaic House is not responsible for the content of any advertising material or any errors or inaccuracy in any advertising or sponsorship. The Archaic House partners with third-party advertising companies to serve ads and/or collect certain information when you visit the website.
11. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law.

We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The Archaic House does not claim any rights to such material by virtue of supplying its services, and will not use or disclose such material for any reason other than providing our services.

Content of any finished work is therefore entirely the responsibility of the author or other persons to whom the author delegates, licenses, or otherwise assigns control over his or her work. Our work on any manuscript or work does not imply any endorsement of its content or of the author. The Archaic House expressly prohibits the association of The Archaic House and any The Archaic House trademark, editor, affiliate, or personnel with any published work, including by way of acknowledgment. Comments provided to the author by The Archaic House and its personnel are provided for personal use only. While we endeavor to ensure that any files originating at this site are free of known computer viruses, we make no warranty or guarantee that files are virus-free, and we are not able to provide any assurances with respect to email or attachments that may have originated with third parties. All recipients are cautioned to check all email, attachments, and other computer files before accessing them, and any and all risk of virus contamination is assumed by the recipient.


The Archaic House is committed to providing exceptional editorial services, cover designing services and book promotional services at affordable prices, and are striving towards achieving the highest customer satisfaction rates on the Internet. However, The Archaic House is not obligated to refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance unless explicitly agreed to by The Archaic House. If applicable, any refund will be granted in the original currency via the original payment method within five to twelve business days from receipt of a request. The Archaic House does not refund amounts under 1000 INR. Price, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. The Archaic House and its affiliates reserve the right to limit quantities, to request payment prior to delivery of service, to refuse service, or to cancel orders at its sole discretion. Cancellation of an order by the customer may incur cancellation costs depending on how much work has been done on the document.

Purchase prices and invoices may be based on information that you provide to us, including the word count of the documents you are submitting for service and design specifications for cover designing. You represent and warrant that such information is accurate, and you agree to pay to The Archaic House any additional charges arising from any inaccuracy in such information within seven days of notification thereof. The Archaic House is not obligated to verify the accuracy of such information but will refund overpayments arising from inaccuracy therein within five business days of the discovery thereof.

The Archaic House may, at its sole discretion, offer monthly invoicing arrangements to regular business and personal customers and agree to additional or modified terms for such arrangements. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is due when an invoice is rendered.

Payments are accepted via the website or payment pages provided by the associates of The Archaic House. Credit, Debit, UPI, and Net Banking. Payments more than 30 days past due may be subject to administrative charges.

If you do not provide accurate contact information, or if you do not respond promptly if we require further information, we cannot be responsible for delays in providing the service.

Due to international privacy regulations and our constant commitment to protecting the confidentiality and security of our clients’ documents and work, access to completed files is restricted. Please do not consider The Archaic House a file storage platform. Please download and save your completed files as soon as they are sent to you.

This site and this agreement are governed by the laws of India. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The Archaic House may change these terms when necessary.
